DIANA KOUTROULIOTIS, Vaughan Family Law Lawyer  

Diana represents family law clients on all issues arising out of separation and divorce, including parenting, support, and property division and equalization. Her practice includes the negotiation and preparation of domestic contracts, including pre-nuptial agreements, marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.

Diana is a strong advocate for her clients and works diligently to ensure her clients receive unparalleled support in each situation according to their needs, interests, and goals.  Diana remains committed to providing her clients with excellent legal representation, while also delivering services in an expedient, cost-effective, and compassionate manner.

Diana was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2024.  She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law.  Diana also has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) and a Master of Arts, specializing in Political Science from York University.

Prior to joining Bortolussi Family Law, Diana articled with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Attorney’s office – Criminal Law Division, where she prosecuted a diverse range of criminal and provincial offences in the Ontario Court of Justice, which provided her with invaluable experience, allowing her to hone her negotiation, advocacy, litigation, and trial skills.

Diana is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the York Region Law Association.
