DANIELA DELL’AQUILA, B.S. (Hons.), J.D., Student at Law  

Daniela is our 2023 Law Student. Daniela has completed her Barrister and Solicitor licensing exams and will be called to the Bar in October 2023, following which she will join Bortolussi Family Law as an Associate lawyer.

Daniela completed her experiential training in the area of Family Law at a boutique Family Law firm, where she regularly appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice. Daniela has experience assisting senior counsel with high conflict separations and divorces, complex parenting issues, support and the division of property. Daniela has also assisted in the negotiation and drafting of Marriage Contracts and Separation Agreements.

Daniela intends to build her practice by leveraging her practical experience, her advocacy skills and critical thinking skills, which she has continued to develop throughout her education and experiential training. Daniela is committed to understanding each client’s needs and navigating the complexities of family disputes in a manner which best suits their unique circumstances. Daniela has observed the extensive toll family law matters can take on clients and as a result, has dedicated her practice to obtaining favorable outcomes in an expedient fashion.

Prior to attending law school Daniela attended the Universities of Texas at Brownsville and California University of Pennsylvania as a student athlete, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resource Management (cum laude).
